Patient Portal

Valant MYIO Patient Portal Information for Established Patients:

The patient portal is intended to help you with the following: 

  • Track your upcoming and previous appointments
  • View and pay any balances on the patient’s account
  • Upload documents to your provider and our admin team
  • Receive documents from your provider and our admin team
  • Send and receive messages regarding scheduling, non-urgent medication questions, and billing questions

The patient portal is not intended for:

  • Time-sensitive requests (such as cancelling or rescheduling appointments with less than 48 hours notice)
  • Communication about urgent clinical issues (such as medication side effects or safety concerns)
  • Direct communication with your child’s provider

To Activate Your MYIO Patient Portal Account:
  1. Fill out and submit the linked form to request an account (link will open in a new tab): MYIO Patient Portal Signup Form
  2. Once you have submitted this form, you will receive an email or text message (depending on the option you selected) within the next 2 business days from inviting you to set up the patient portal. Please make sure to check your junk or spam folder if you do not see it in your email inbox.
  3. The invitation will contain a link to set up your portal along with an access code, which will expire after 7 days. Please call the front office at 360-305-3275, ext. 5 if you need a new access code!


Tips and guidelines for setting up your portal account:
  • You will need an individual portal account for each patient seen at Sendan Center. You can use the same email address/phone number to create each portal account, but each account will need a different username.

We recommend making each username the patient’s full name so that it’s easy to remember if you’re setting up portals for multiple family members

  • When you first set up the portal account, you will be prompted to enter “your” date of birth. Please note that you will need to use the patient’s date of birth to access and finish setting up the account.
  • You can access the portal either through the downloadable app or through your browser. If using a web browser, the MYIO team recommends using Chrome for best functionality.
  • If you forget the username or password for your portal account, our front office can look up your username or reset your password for you at any time!
