Hailey Anderton, M.Ed., LBA, BCBA (she/her)

Licensed Behavior Analyst, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Assistant Clinical Director, Co-Supervisee Manager 

Education and Training: 

Hailey completed her Master’s in Education specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis at Gonzaga University in 2015.  Hailey also holds special education and early childhood special education teaching endorsements.  She has been a BCBA since 2018.   

Work Experience: 

Hailey has worked in ABA since 2014 and has been with Sendan Center since 2016.  She has worked in a variety of settings with learners from age 3 through adulthood.  She has spent a fair amount of time in schools working closely with teachers and administrators collaborating on best practices for students in school who need additional support.  Hailey is passionate about working on building communication skills to empower learners to advocate for themselves and gain access to their community at all ages.  Hailey’s approach is collaborative and curious, always assuming positive intent. 

Area of Focus: 

In addition to managing a small caseload of clients, Hailey is part of the ABA management team and supports supervisors through consultation and supervision, supervising BCBA candidates through their fieldwork, and making management level decisions with her team for broader organizational change.  She is passionate about growing the field of behavior analysis in Whatcom County so that learners who will benefit from services can access them in many different environments.
