
Juliana is currently enrolled at Capella University in their Masters in Behavior Analysis in Education program and is expected to complete her master’s degree in March of 2027. Juliana completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Western Washington University in 2021. She became a LABA in June of 2026.
Juliana has worked in the ABA field since 2020 and has been at Sendan Center for the entirety of that timeframe. She has worked in a variety of settings, including clinic, homes, schools, and out in the community. She has also worked with clients with a wide range of different needs and ages, ranging from 4 to adulthood. She has experience with skills-based treatment, functional communication, adaptive daily living, acceptance and commitment therapy, natural environment teaching, reduction of challenging behaviors, and accessing the community.
Juliana is passionate about helping her clients feel heard within their lives through functional communication and self-advocacy skills. Along with that, helping her clients to hear what they themselves need by working on emotional regulation strategies and coping skills. She enjoys getting to know her clients in order to make personalized strategies so that she is able to create a fun and comforting space for them.
