Dr. Haley earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Western Washington University, in Bellingham. After completing her medical degree at the University of Washington School of Medicine, Dr. Haley completed her residency in pediatric medicine at the University of California, Irvine. She then returned to the Pacific Northwest where she practiced as a Pediatric doctor with a focus on pediatric mental health at PeaceHealth from 2013 – 2023. 

Dr. Haley volunteered her time as a mentor with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Whatcom County. She is board-certified in pediatrics.
