
Emily completed her Master’s in Education specializing in Special Education at Antioch University. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in English at Virginia Tech. While attending the University of Washington for her ABA training, Emily interned at the EEU’s Haring Center and has been a BCBA since 2018.
Emily has worked in a variety of educational settings in Washington and Massachusetts since 2007 and has been with Sendan Center since August 2025. She has worked with a wide range of learners, from age 3 to adult on skills ranging from increasing social emotional communication and play skills, building adaptive routines, accessing the community, and reducing challenging behavior.
Emily has spent much of her career working with elementary and middle school children and pre-teens. She is passionate about teaching social emotional skills including self-advocacy, increasing skills within the school environment, and encouraging independence around routines of daily living.
