
Molly completed her master’s in education specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of Washington. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Linguistics at Western Washington University. She has been a BCBA since 2012.
Molly has worked in a variety of ABA clinics in Washington and Oregon since 2010 and has been with Sendan Center since 2019. She has worked with a wide range of learners, from age 2 to adult, on skills ranging from increasing communication and social skills, building adaptive daily living routines, accessing the community and workforce, and reducing intensive behavior.
Molly primarily works with children and pre-teens under the age of 10. She is passionate about teaching functional communication and self-advocacy, increasing foundational school skills, and encouraging independence around routines of daily living that will meaningfully improve quality of life for her learners.
In addition to maintaining a small caseload, Molly is a member of the ABA management team and presents new staff onboarding training and Safety Care certification training and consultation.
